I was thinking about how people are always advising us, en masse, to ...

"Be led by our HEARTS and NOT by our BRAINS.." (I'm paraphrasing...)

And I concluded that we ALL accept this as GOSPEL from the Mountain Top....

No questions asked....

Absolute truth...

However....

were one to really break this "Pearl" down, bit by bit, and examine the actual, literal meaning,

I'm humbly suggesting that it may not actually BE the BEST piece of advice to adhere to...

After all, our hearts are merely organs....

(very much, in fact, like OTHER ORGANS that they've unilaterally cautioned us NOT to be led by!)

And WHY NOT?

Here's the thing:

Don't sell RATIONAL THINKING down the river just yet...

Maybe,,,,,,,

in a perfectly illuminated world,

somewhere out there beyond the debilitating ICE CAPS, the  fatal chemicals,

 and the ABSURDITY of today's "Leaders"...

MAYBE there's room...

just an iota....

for a more "Holistic" approach....

for somehow incorporating ALL that we know and feel and ponder ,

rather than attempting to polarize certain aspects of our intuitive processes,

or even SQUASHING them out of hand ALTOGETHER....
